Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement
Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I help clients access and process deep-rooted emotions and experiences, allowing them to move through trauma with a renewed sense of safety and strength. My approach is grounded in a strengths-based perspective, highlighting each woman's unique resilience and inner resources. Together, we work to integrate past experiences, nurture self-compassion, and build empowering tools that support growth and wellbeing in every area of life.
